Divorce by mutual consent without a judge

Since January 1, 2017, divorce by mutual consent can be done without an appointment before a judge. For this, you must be received by two lawyers, one per spouse.

With a colleague in the Strasbourg region, we offer two all-inclusive packages depending on your situation:

• If you have no children or joint assets, we offer a rate of €648 including tax per spouse.
• If you have one or more children and/or assets in common, we offer you a rate of €774 including tax per spouse.

Thus, each spouse pays the same amount. We also offer you the possibility of a payment in three instalments free of charge.

These packages do not include Notary fees for registering your divorce papers. We can direct you to a partner Notary if you do not have one.

Legal protection guarantee for your divorce by mutual consent

If you have taken out legal protection cover with your insurance, find out if your divorce costs are covered. In this case, you will not have to pay us any fees. You can find out more on my page dedicated to amicable divorce through legal protection.

Amicable divorce with legal aid

If you have low resources, you have the possibility of amicably divorcing thanks to legal aid. Along with my colleague, we consider it our duty not to refuse to accept legal aid.
